Web Width : 150 mm to 2200 mm.

Web Taper : 15º max. 

Flange Thickness : 5 mm to 25 mm.

Flange Width : 150 mm to 500 mm.

Beam Length : 2.4 M to 13 M.

Travel speed : Up to 3 M/Min.

The machine comprises of the following components;

• Infeed Conveyor to Web Splice Welder
• Web Splice Welder
• Outfeed Conveyor from Web Splice
• Infeed Conveyor to Tack Welder
• Tack Welder
• Infeed Conveyor to Auto Welder
• Pull Through Auto Welder
• Outfeed Conveyor from Auto Welder

We can also supply Powered Pushers on the splice welder and Flange Tilters on the tack welder.
