Our new Unique New Beam Drilling Line offers a low cost solutionfor all your beam drilling needs for I beams, Angles, Channels, Square andRectangular Tubes and Pipes.

The machine has three drilling spindles mounted on a movablebridge that travels along the part being processed and it can drill in threeaxis simultaneously i.e. on a beam it drills the web and both flanges at the same time. The system takes up much less floor space than traditional beamdrilling systems and has much faster processing times than other low cost single spindle drills.

The range consists of the following models;

• ACDM 1/600 - Single Spindle with +/- 90 rotation, five position tool changer, 600mm web width, drilling capacity to 40mm dia.
• ACDM 3/600 - Three Spindles, optional tool changer for up to ten tools, 600mm web width, drilling capacity to 40mm diameter
• ACDM 1/900 - Single Spindle with +/- 90 rotation, five position tool changer, 900mm web width, drilling capacity to 40mm dia
• ACDM 3/900 - Three Spindles, optional tool changer for up to ten tools, 900mm web width, drilling capacity to 40mm diameter
• ACDM 1/1200 - Single Spindle with +/- 90 rotation, five position tool changer, 1200mm web width, drilling capacity to 50mm dia
• ACDM 3/1200 - Three Spindles, optional tool changer for up to ten tools, 1200mm web width, drilling capacity to 50mm diameter

Product lengths up to16m can be processed. The machines are manufactured in Italy and are CE marked.
