Controlled Automation BTD8X Plate Drilling and Burning Machine

This new machine from Controlled Automation offers maximum flexibility with the combination of High Definition Plasma Cutting and the Drilling of holes up to 40mm diameter.
The Controlled Automation BTD8X shape cutting and drilling machine is a Gantry type design plate cutting machine with the added ability to drill holes up to 40mm (1. 9 / 16 inch) diameter. The gantry is constructed with a vibration control internal to front tube structure.
The BTD8X is available only with an effective cutting width of 8 feet (2. 43m) and has a longitudinal dimension starting at 4 feet (1. 22m) and increasing by 10 feet (3. 05m) segments up to a maximum of 124 feet (37. 8m) .
The machine is supplied as standard with a Standard Window XP controller mounted on swivel mount post and runs from the latest version of our own proprietary WinCAd software. All Controlled Automation machines are CE marked.
